Illinois RV Rental Network is not liable for any damages or injury resulting in renting an RV from a dealer in our network. IRVRN is meant soley as a third party website facilitating in connecting the consumer and RV rental dealer. All terms and rental agreements are made between the consumer and dealer themselves.

In no event shall we, our employees or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services (however arising, including negligence).
